I have the honour to report that Hr. G.F.H.

Taylor, III Lighthouse Keeper, Harbour Masters Department,

Hong Kong, has been medically examined as to his fitness

to return to the Colony to resume his duties.

2. I enclose a copy of our Medical Adviser's

report, stating that he is unfit to return to Hong Kong.

Mr. Taylor has been informed of this, and we
